Q: Do I need to register before purchase?

A: Actually it brings more convenience for your online purchase. However you can proceed to checkout and make a payment without making a registration.

Q: Do you accept other methods of payment?

A: We only accept Credit Card. It is the safe and easy way to make an online payment, which provides the highest possible level of security to protect your online shopping experience.

Q: How to track my order?

A: Tracking numbers will be available in your order details once we have shipped your item. You can get your shipping information from the online tracking system or contact our customer service directly.

Q: Why doesn’t arrived my item at the estimated delivery date?

A: Usually it takes 5 to 8 business days for the delivery. Items shipped via a traceable method (such as USPS and Parcel force) have tracking information available. If you did not get your package within 8 days, please contact our customer service to get details.

Q: Package broken when received?

A: If the package was damaged obviously when arrived. Please deny the parcel and contact us in no time.

Q: Is there any Customs Duty I need to pay?

A: We will mark the package as “gift” to avoid the custom charges so the Customs Duties seldom occur.
